I know Android default design has enabled paranormal for multiple windows.
But the wallpaper's height does not fit display resolution.
You can try to set different resolution image and check the display area of wallpaper.
Compare to the original image, the lower part of wallpaper has been cut out.
ex: 1024x600, 1024x768, 1280x720, 1280x1024, 2160x1920

This is not an issue, I suppose this is Android’s configuration.
As you know Android support multiple windows, if you create more windows and slide between windows you can see that your wallpaper will displayed as paranormal pictures,
so it’s not supposed to only match the first window.

picture to usb storage and select this picture
