Celadon] Is live mode still supported?
2018-05-19 17:44 GMT+08:00 Tan, Ming <ming.tan(a)intel.com>:
After you modify device/intel/project-celadon/celadon/mixins.spec, you need to do the
1. source build/envsetup.sh
2. lunch celadon-userdebug
3. device/intel/mixins/mixin-update (must do it after you modify
some setting of mixins.spec)
After done this, I have to add ALLOW_MISSING_DEPENDENCIES=true to make. Otherwise I got:
bootable/recovery/updater/Android.mk: error: updater (EXECUTABLES
android-x86_64) missing libefivar (STATIC_LIBRARIES android-x86_64) You can set
ALLOW_MISSING_DEPENDENCIES=true in your environment if this is intentional, but that may
defer real problems until later in the build.
4. rm -rf out (Strongly recommend to recompile all the system, if
you modify some important setting of mixins.spec, such as avb)
5. Pick PR: https://github.com/projectceladon/bootable-live-installer/pull/2
if it is
git am 2.patch
6. make SPARSE_IMG=true project_celadon-efi -j N (Replace the N with
the CPU cores of your compile server.)
Thank you for the detailed steps.
Actually I have done all the steps except 4.
I didn't make a clean build.
I'll try it again.
And for the GRUB menu, if you use a hardware platform has not
serial port, then do not select the 'Serial debug' menu item.
