Celadon] Re: Understanding CIC
Thanks for your reply.
I do not have any specific use case for LXC/LXD. From what I've read about docker it
is more optimised for application containers, and not OS containers. So I was just curious
to understand why docker was chosen to run Android as a OS.
For the AIC-manager part, I understand that it manages all Android containers that would
run as part of CIC. What I am confused about is, what does this container manage? For ex:
Does it handle display related pipelines from multiple Android containers that could be
running, does it help in networking etc. I was more curious to understand how the window
which shows the Android UI get rendered, as I am facing issues there. Specifically how
does the Android screen from the Android container, go to the AIC manager container and
then finally get rendered on the screen. Some details around this would be really
I am going to get logs for the AIC-manager and Android container by 29th Jan. Will upload
those logs here so that we have more context on the issue, and can debug better.
Thanks in advance for your time.
