Connman VPN: Do not replace default route

I have read this

Problem still exists, at least for me.
Tests runs on connman 1.31
Here is a debug:
connman-vpnd.log - output from connman-vpn -d -n
monitor-vpn.log - output from test/monitor-vpn
vpn-get.txt - output from test/vpn-get
routing.txt - routing table with and without vpn connection
