Dear
We are developing embedded systems with a multitude of wired network connections. I
recently started using connmand to manage our network interfaces. I am however not able to
define a service config file using the interface name (like eth0, eth1, ...).
The documentation states:
MAC= address
MAC address of the interface to be used. If not specified, the first
found interface is used. Must be in format ab:cd:ef:01:23:45.
Is it possible to use network interface name instead of MAC address for defining a
service config?
Yes, it's possible with DeviceName which exists in version 1.38 of ConnMan.
Thanks,
