Hi Marc,
The 2.0.alpha release has a dependency on HBase. The macro LOAD_TITAN in Pig can read only
from HBase, but it can write to a Titan+Cassandra graph.
One way of doing it is to create a new configuration file similar to
examples/hbase-titan-conf.xml file provided in the release. Use "cassandra" as
the storage backend and the appropriate hostnames and the Pig macro LOAD_TITAN will load
it to Titan+Cassandra.
Thanks,
-Kushal.

Subject: [GraphBuilder] Fwd: Using GraphBuilder with Titan+Cassandra...
I'm using Titan as our graph DB with Cassandra as the Titan backend storage. I
noticed that GraphBuilder seems to have some dependency on input data with HBase.
Can I use the Titan+Cassandra combination with bulk TITAN_LOAD to input my graphs without
needing HBase?
Regards, Marc
