I have been trying to get the AWS Cloud formation example: http://s3.amazonaws.com/hpdd-community-us-east-1/hpdd-community-small-0.9. 2.template To work for about a week, and the stack always rolls back. I see in the event log in the console: The following resource(s) failed to create: [MGSNode, MDSLaunchConfig, ClientLaunchConfig, OSSLaunchConfig]. . Rollback requested by user. And: AMI cannot be described API: ec2:RunInstances Not authorized for images: [ami-dfeaefb6] Is anyone using these templates still? How can one go about debugging them? I would like to take it as a template for our own uses who have needs for Lustre in AWS, on demand, rather than use our local whamcloud instlal.
