No, I have installed manually the Mellanox OFED driver. I did not find any IB driver with
the IEEL.
How did you solve this issue?

When I have come across similar errors in the past, it was usually related to the o2iblnd
module being compiled against a different IB stack than the one loaded by the kernel.
Is the IB driver you are using supplied with IEEL? Or did you install it separately? You
might also want to check that you don't have any of the stock in-kernel IB packages
installed alongside the Mellanox version.
