That's great news! It seems to happen to us all. I'll be posting about my MDT
later today and how 1 million files are corrupt and what we're doing to restore them
since even the backups have the corruption. Good times....

I finally found a thread on lustre-discuss about a corrupted last-rcvd
file on an OSS.
The procedure to recreate the last_rcvd file is to mount the OST as
type ldiskfs, delete the last_rcvd
file (I preferred renaming it just in case), unmount the OST and
remount it as type lustre.
Everything is back to normal now.
