Kurt,
Those errors mean the OFED symbols included in ko2iblnd don¹t agree with
the ones in the installed OFED.
Essentially you have to make sure you¹ve got exactly the same OFED
installed as you built Lustre against. (And if you didn¹t already, you
must build Lustre against the Mellanox OFED stack you¹re using, rather
than just against the kernel, which gets you the in kernel OFED.)

I'm currently trying to stand up a new lustre file system using
centos 6.5, lustre 2.5.3, and the Mellanox OFED stack for infiniband
(with a bonded dual port ib interface). the mkfs.lustre worked but when
