Hmm. I'm not really familiar with the intricacies of building against a
particular OFED, but I believe if you do not explicitly specify
with-ofed and point it at (I think) the OFED source for what's installed
on your node, it will build against the OFED in the kernel source.
So if you have a different OFED on your nodes than that which is
included in the RHEL/CentOS kernel source, I believe you have to specify
that to build against, rather than just doing the build.

Looks like you've got an OFED version mismatch from what you built with
and what is installed on your nodes.
