jira.whamcloud.com has been completed, and service is restored.

The new URLs are https://wiki.hpdd.intel.com and https://jira.hpdd.intel.com.

We recommend that you update your bookmarks with these new URLs.
If you go to the old URLs, you will be redirected to these new URLs for a
period of time.
