Hi,
On a other Lustre files system, I have a problem with 2 clients.
They crash and I see nothing in log file. Just the end of error messages on the console.
See the attached file.
Someone already saw this problem ?

David,
The actual crash is missing. It's just off the top of the screen, or it
should be. Do you have dmesg from the crash? (If you have crash dump
or other logging configured, you might.)

Which version if Lustre you’re using on the client?
Some key information was missed from the backtrace, I’m interested in seeing which lines
of the code caused the problem.

We have download this rpm from Jenkins site I think.
# rpm -qa | grep lustre
lustre-client-modules-2.6.90-2.6.32_431.29.2.el6.x86_64_gb50a6cc.x86_64
lustre-client-2.6.90-2.6.32_431.29.2.el6.x86_64_gb50a6cc.x86_64
The error log is just a snapshop of the console. I can't back in the history to
display previous line. And in the /var/log/message I saw nothing.
Is there other files where I can found messages ?

Usually you should get something in:
/var/crash
If kdump daemon is enabled.

Is there any particular reason you are using Lustre 2.6.90? That is a
pre-release version that likely has many bugs that were fixed before the
final 2.7.0 release.

You can check if there are something under directory ‘/var/crash’, and then look for
‘vmcore-dmesg.txt’. If you have kdump enabled, it should include a full backtrace in that
file.
