I don't believe the network topology matter in this regard. As I
understand the bug there is a mechanism inside lctl that needs the
delay's and timeout's.
Yes regular /bin/ping via ethernet or ipoib comes back quick, but
that's not what i'm asking. I'd like 'lctl ping' to return quick as
well.
