Hi all,    I'm pleased to announce the 1.8.3 release of intel-vaapi-driver, the VAAPI driver for Intel GEN graphics. The most notable changes in this new release are the support for Gemini Lake, the quality improvement for HEVC encoder. Thanks to everybody who contributed to this release!
