Hi!
I'm using the Arch linux distribution on a laptop that has the i5-7200U
processor, and the version of the kernel I'm running is 5.4.2 .
I installed thermald and followed the procedure of running dptfxtract to
generate the configuration (attached). The status of the systemd service is as
follows:
[WARN]22 CPUID levels; family:model:stepping 0x6:8e:9 (6:142:9)
[WARN]Polling mode is enabled: 4
[WARN]sensor id 11 : No temp sysfs for reading raw temp
[WARN]sensor id 11 : No temp sysfs for reading raw temp
[WARN]sensor id 11 : No temp sysfs for reading raw temp
[WARN]Using generated /etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml.auto
[WARN]sysfs open failed
[ERR]XML zone: invalid sensor type TVGA
[WARN]Zone update failed: unable to bind
How do I verify that is it actually working?
