[ANNOUNCE] matd cellular AT commands emulator

Hello, I am pleased to announce the open-source release of matd, an AT commands back- end (DCE emulator) for Linux/MeeGo. It aims to support any relevant AT commands use case, e.g. USB CDC ACM gadget, Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking, automatic device testing, certification, etc. matd is basically a glorified ITU-T V.250 parser using plugins to execute AT commands. It is now released under the Mozilla Public License 1.1 with the (L)GPL relicensing option.
