The problem with chrome is that it is split in more than 2 processes(often 3 processes)  

and I don’t know if is a possibility to join the power info for all of them into one.

Also ,

for  sections : GPU ops/s

Disk IO/s

GFX 

, the information is missing for chrome --type=gpu-process, and chrome --type=renderer

That is not an error, The message tells that PowerTOP has not saved values as baseline.   But you still can run the program. 

 

You could run it  using:

1-      To generate an html file: powertop - -html

2-      From the command line: powertop

 

I executed PowerTOP on Ubuntu running chrome  and got the attached file.

 

I would recommend to join and post other your questions to the mailing list so that other people can benefit.
