[Powertop] Changes in project leadership?

Dear PowerTOP community, did I miss something or did project leadership change again. Did Kristen Carlson Accardi replace Chris Ferron? Or was Kristen just granted commit/write access and pushes the patches from the list? If leadership indeed changed, it would be great to keep the community informed by announcing such things to the list and blog about it. Sorry if I missed something. Thanks, Paul
