[Powertop] [Announce] Welcome Alexandra Yates as new PowerTOP co-maintainer

Please welcome Alexandra Yates as a new co-maintainer for powertop. Alex works with myself and Arjan at Intel's Open Source Technology Center and will be responsible for helping maintain and develop powertop.
