Smack tree updated for 4.2 development

The Smack development tree at git@github.com:cschaufler/smack-next.git
has been updated for 4.2 development. The next branch now matches the
next branch of James Morris' linux-security tree, which has been updated
to Linus' 4.1-rc1.
Changes for 4.2 will show up in the smack-for-4.2 branch as they are
finalized.
There will also be a set of changes for the LSM infrastructure in the
stacking-v22 branch. There may be collisions.
