Raji worked on this. Raji, I have further modified you patch:
- fixed cut-and-paste error (VCALENDAR/VCARD)
- rewrote the concatenation so that it works for empty last name
Previously, when first and/or middle name were set, a space was appended even
if the last name was empty.
Do you agree with the patch? It is in the "mb5664_pohly" branch.
I tested this patch by temporarily adding vcards without FN to
testcases/vcard30.vcf. This breaks Client::Sync::vcard30 because the FN gets
added (as intended), so I cannot add this test permanently.
