Which calendar do you want to view? The local one or the remote one?
"@default calendar" accesses the local one.
"target-config@google-calendar calendar" the remote one, via CalDAV.
But "foo@google-calendar calendar" is invalid and won't work. You should
have
seen error messages. If you don't know what they mean, then please include them
in the bug report.

Actually, there's no error message after run command "syncevolution
--print-items foo@google-calendar calendar" . Instead, it prints out local
calendar items which I've added via calendar App.
