I'm definitely not a packaging wizard, but this is really not the
Fedora way.
These are not meant to be Fedora .rpms. Those must come from Fedora itself.
It might be better to add a --libdir=%{_libdir} to configure which
will place
the libs in lib or lib64 depending on architecture, and all should work (?).
That does not work in our case because the binaries are only compiled once,
tested, and packaged in the different formats. I don't want to change that.
