When you say "this pb begins with 1.3.99.5-2", do you mean it worked before,
including real synchronization via SyncML over Bluetooth?

As you said, the Samsung (Galaxy?) SII doesn't support SyncML over Bluetooth
(confirmed by the sdp_browse.log), in which case the current behavior is
correct.
