Seems backend cannot parse BLANK calendar.ics?
That's an error from libecal. It has nothing to do with SyncEvolution.
Does the file exist? What does it contain?
If it does not contain a valid VCALENDAR, move it away, restart
e-calendar-factory (or reboot) and try again. Can you reproduce how you arrived
at that state?
