Tried with a new account "syncevolution". Password works in
the web interface,
but not in SyncML => asked Tactel for help.
Tactel explained that this is because they introduced per-phone passwords. The
password for the web interface no longer works for devices. One has to register
a new phone (there's an entry for "unknown device") and the one gets a
password
that can be used with SyncEvolution.
