Ove, can you verify whether this works for you?
Memo is a bit special in that it is typically exchanged as plain text, whereas
at least SyncEvolution stores it as VJOURNAL/iCalendar 2.0. The conversion
to/from text is done in backends/evolution/EvolutionMemoSource.cpp, for
historic reasons.
It could be changed so that we use VJOURNAL between engine and backend, and in
addition allow VJOURNAL between SyncML peers (would preserve additional
attributes when both sides support it, as in this case). If this something that
you would find useful, please let me know.
