Merged. We still need to look into libical upstream source to fix these issues.

Haven't had the time yet.
Still open.
We should do another round of valgrind error analysis. Looking at
http://runtests.syncevolution.org/2010-08-21-21-41/head-evolution-testing...
it seems that we still suffer from lots of leaks in system libraries, for
example libecal.
Libecal in our "Debian Testing" installation is 2.28.3, which has already been
replaced by 2.30.2.1-1. I'll update our chroot, perhaps that resolves some of
these errors.
