I agree, it seems commit 978bd912eeba25c169628cae2728f3dfccaa1866 did not work
reliably as expected, we may need to check the alert code to be within 206~210
in addition.
In the meantime, if we can make the assumption that we only accept SAN 1.2
package when contacting us, we can safely revert them.
Reverted. With that done, I consider this issue resolved.
