Possible root cause:
===========================================================
Because this works with S60 phone using GooSync and phones own synchronization
program, it must be SyncEvolution what makes error when transferring event.
If it has the same root cause as in bug #1657 (Nokia phones and Mobical), then
this is not an error in SyncEvolution, but rather a limitation of GooSync.
However, we can work around this in SyncEvolution.
Please repeat your test setup (create test events on device and on Google
calendar), then instead of invoking the SyncEvolution GUI, run the following
command on the command line:
syncevolution --run --sync-property loglevel=3 <config name>
with <config name> replaced by the name you chose for the GooSync config.
Then once that is done, find the last log file (.html) in the
directories mentioned by this command:
syncevolution --print-sessions <config name>
Please send the log to syncevolution(a)lists.intel.com.
