Have the config templates been installed?
There should be a share/syncevolution/templates/clients/SyncEvolution.ini in
your selected install location.
What is the output of the failing command? You can run it manually:
syncevolution -c --template 'SyncEvolution Client' --sync-property
peerIsClient=1 N900CONFIG
