I'll integrate that into the release process, if it hasn't been done yet.
It wasn't packaged. I've added that.
While looking at the output again, I noticed that a) out-of-tree compilation
didn't work and b) quite a few methods were badly formatted. I've fixed both.
Yongsheng, are you okay with the updated mbc1745 branch? I'd like to merge it
into master together with the underlying qt-binding branch.
