the purpose here is to replace 'calendar+todo' with
'ical20' and 'itodo20' and
add them into local sources. but it's necessary to do duplicate checking. the
code is on branch mbc5753. please review and merge it.
Merged. I'll have a look whether it works now in the nightly runs.
