We now get new option to enable keyring from command line and then password in
config.ini or printed will be displayed as "-" instead. PIM data sync from
command line and sync-ui both works with keyring enabled or disabled.
Verified in image 2.1 preview 20090929-001 with syncevolution-0.9.0.99.2
