There is a french software company called syncevolution. Its
products
syncronize dokuments.
Isnt there a copyright-problem with the companys name?
www.syncevolution.com
You can't copyright a name. They might have trademarked it, but I did a search
for that mark in the European trademark database a while ago without finding
anything. Besides that, "the real" SyncEvolution might actually be older
(present on the web since 2006 according to
archive.org,
syncevolution.com
appears 2007).
Furthermore, if they have a trademark, then it becomes void if they don't
defend it, which they haven't done at least as far as
syncevolution.org is
concerned.
