It seems that horde tries to send the calendar items in a format that
syncevolution doesn't understand.
Correct. It uses the obsolete Funambol XML format instead of the standard
formats supported by SyncEvolution/Synthesis (vCalendar 1.0, iCalendar 2.0).
It's not clear to me, if this is a horde or syncevolution issue.
I also sent an
email to the horde-sync mailing list. I'll take care that information is
updated in both ways.
This needs to be solved on the server side. SyncEvolution sends information
about which format it supports (DevInf). The server should use that information
to encode items accordingly.
