Removes DISTCLEANFILES from src/Makefile-gen.am
When running autogen.sh I get the following warning: 'DISTCLEANFILES multiply
defined'.
DISTCLEANFILES is already defined in the Autotroll include and seems to not be
needed in src/Makefile-gen.am.

Note that the autotroll m4 file is also slightly out of date, though not in a
way that's relevant to this warning:

(It adds some cd .. lines)
And while I'm here, the ax_boost_base.m4 file is rather more out of date:
