I can't reproduce it any more. This time, it always send 2 changes when refresh
eventA in refresh-* modes. After checking data in EDS, I found that
scheduleworld has created an implicit event for the account I was testing with.
That is the expire date of the account, which can't be visible from calendar
ui. Retest with another account, then the statistics are correct.
So it should not be an issue. :-)

Each item should be counted once. Step 3 should send one VEVENT, so
one change
should be counted.
Can you create a separate issue for this and attach a sysynclib_linux.html log
of step 3 to it?
