modify on server can't sync to device, only modify on device can sync to
server.
steps:
1. create 2 items on server, and sync to device
2. modify 2 items and sync
result show 2 items modified on server, and the item on server is changed back
to the value device have.

Verified.
The reason should be the same as the anchor mismatch problem in bug#2424.
When server update, it sends a mismatch anchor to client, client initiate a
'slow-sync' to server and sends its data in 'replace' operation to replace
data
in the server. This is a known issue of ZYB. They are working on it for many
days but still have no result.

ZYB is not ready for testing. There is a severe issue in the server (bug #2424
comment #24) which prevents most of the syncs from working as expected.
I'm closing this because it is likely to be the same issue.
