--- Comment #24 from jingke <jingke.zhang(a)intel.com> 2011-07-20 17:50:11 UTC ---
(In reply to comment #23)
That's an error from libecal. It has nothing to do with
SyncEvolution.
ok, it should be problem in backend, who cannot open calendar.ics, however,
only from output, I am unable to tell where it is.
Does the file exist? What does it contain?
File exists, it is BLANK file.
If it does not contain a valid VCALENDAR, move it away, restart
e-calendar-factory (or reboot) and try again. Can you reproduce how you arrived
at that state?
To arrive that state, I am using the newly created image (no any operation on
calendar lib/GUI in advance). Steps are following comment#22.
I did the try you suggested as a work around:
1. killall e-calendar-factory
2. rm -f /home/meego/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/calendar.ics
3. touch /home/meego/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/calendar.ics
4. /usr/libexec/e-calendar-factory &
5. Redo sync, still meet that problem.
