[SyncEvolution] Sync issue after upgrade
by Daniel CLEMENT
Hello,
Today one of my PCs had a major upgrade (to Debian "Jessie"). In the
process, Evolution was upgraded from 3.8.5 to 3.12.9.
The initial (slow) sync went well (I saw some contacts exchanged).
But afterwards, each subsequent attempt at syncing with Memotoo gives me
an "error 10508", whatever type of sync (normal or slow) I try.
Also tried to "refresh from server", but no luck.
So thanks a lot in advance for any help. Best regards,

[SyncEvolution] Packages for jessie?
by Graham Cobb
Now that jessie is the new Debian Stable, is anyone planning to build
packages for jessie? I am particularly keen on an activesync
configuration -- none of the activesyncd packages on
http://downloads.syncevolution.org seem to be installable.
I realise the answer may be that neither Patrick nor anyone else has
time/interest/inclination but before I build them myself, it would be
nice to know if there will be a standard version. I try to use standard
packages on my internet server when possible and keep the home built
versions just for my personal machines (partly to avoid the sorts of
problems Daniel has just been having!).

[SyncEvolution] Corrupted GUI on one PC
by Daniel CLEMENT
Hello,
On one of my PCs (Debian) the Syncevolution GUI has become corrupted.
The command line does work, though it prompts me for a password, which I
find odd.
I'm trying to attach screenshots but I'm not sure they'll reach the
list, so let me describe the symptoms:
- the left pane of the GUI is blank, with event the icon missing;
- if I try "sync" or "change and modify...", I get a message box saying
"cannot retrieve the list of services supported by Syncevolution" (do my
best to translate from French);
- if I try "repair emergency...", I'm offered to replace data from
"Zyb" (What's that? Should be Memotoo!)
Now on this PC, I recently "cherry-picked" the latest LibreOffice (from
Sid), which triggered a bunch of updates. Could that be the explanation?
I don't want to rush anything; I'll take your advice before. Best
regards,

[SyncEvolution] CalDAV-Sync from OwnCloud / no ToDo-entries received
by Thorsten Leiser
Hi,
I'm using SyncEvo 1.5 with my OwnCloud 8 to sync my calendar and contacts to my Nokia Asha phone.
Both work fine. But I noticed, that no ToDo-Entries are received by syncevo. When I do the --print-item command, only events are shown.
I'm sure my OwnCloud serves the ToDo entries by CalDAV, because my Thunderbird/Lightning and my Android tablet are able to view and edit the ToDo entries.
I configured my OwnCloud once as WebDAV and once as SyncEvolution template. Same result.
Has anyone an idea, what could be wrong?
Regards
