When I examine my configs the only thing that is different between
what I see
in the guides for mobile users and my own setup is that they *always* specify
syncML version 1.1. However I can see no way to specify this in in
syncevolution files. I can see in the dumped log that SyncML 1.2 is
consistently being send. Is there any way to configure this?
By default, the
synthesis backend used by SyncEvolution will try from SyncML 1.2, if this is not supported
by server, it will then try SyncML 1.1.
If oracle calendar server does not support SyncML 1.2 but does not responds some proper
error codes, SyncEvolution may stick to SyncML 1.2 thus leading to unexpected problems.
Or any other ideas what I should debug?
Most probably this is
caused by something strange sent by server in the SyncML message.
You can set the log level to something larger than 3 and send us the html session log as
well as the xml message dump.
