I think this test can pass some times and some times not ...
I think I have changed anything that before it worked and now it fail...

Can you test the sleep just one time to verify ?

I think the problem is: there is no pause between the 2 syncs.

I can add that, but why is this necessary now? It will slow down testing
and wasn't done before - at least I am not aware of changing anything in
that area.
