[SyncEvolution] Sync for Exchange 2007+ with Exchange Web Services.

Is there anyone else out there who'd quite like SyncEvolution to be able to sync to Microsoft Exchange, or is it just me? This proof of concept script will sync your Outlook calendar into a directory in your home directory. It's a read-only mirror for now, and it's just the raw XML files which will need to be interpreted. It uses Exchange Web Services, not ActiveSync.
