Nokia advertises QtCreator as the development platform, using Madde.
QtCreator ships with a Harmattan emulator, QEMU. From my understanding
this should emulate the N950 software as it is on the device.
As I understand from various forum postings, also a Harmattan scratchbox
target is available.
