Lukas mentioned that iCalendar 2.0 (text/calendar) never really worked
for him with MDaemon. You can try with "calendar:text/calendar", which
tells the server that we support both iCalendar 2.0 and vCalendar 1.0,
with iCalendar 2.0 being preferred.
If that doesn't work, use "calendar:text/x-vcalendar!" = force the use
of vCalendar 1.0.
