Hi Patrick!
Thanks for your reply.
Bluetooth is working, I have successfully paired my phone and the
notebook and e.g. transferred files or searched the phone's folders.
This is the result of the sdptool command:
***********************************************
ansgar@ThinkPad:~$ sdptool search --bdaddr 40:2B:A1:AD:BC:36 SYNCML
Searching for SYNCML on 40:2B:A1:AD:BC:36 ...

I'm happy to help you in setting up support for this model, but I need a
bit of guidance, I'm afraid.
Do you need more Information? A full dump of "sdptool browse" is
attached.
Regards,
Ansgar

At the very least it means that we don't know how it might work.

Have you verified that? The
http://syncevolution.org/development/sync-phone HOWTO explains how to
run "sdptool search --bdaddr SYNCML" which should print something.
Otherwise the phone can't be contacted via Bluetooth.
If it doesn't, but you can configure SyncML on the device, then you
might try to run your own SyncEvolution HTTP server and point the phone
to it.
