As root, you could apt-get install syncevolution-frontend=0.3 (after
making sure Extras-testing is enabled, since that's presumably where apt
would have to get 0.3 from right now)
And while testing is always good, for your own sake, consider heeding
the big warning at the top of http://wiki.maemo.org/Extras-devel, and
disable Extras-devel if you aren't sure how to recover from using
unstable and insufficiently tested software from there. The failing
version (0.4) was never moved into extras-testing, in part because it
wasn't known to actually work yet.
That said, I think syncevolution-frontend 0.5 fixes the problem, if you
prefer to continue to use extras-devel.
