Is installing these files useful at all? They were meant to contain an
icon for the services, but lacking that, the built-in templates are
sufficient. Only Funambol and ScheduleWorld are currently installed as
files, everything else is only available built-in.
I'm asking because strictly speaking, we shouldn't be using /usr/etc,
but /etc. However, that makes packaging more complex because we would
have to define the files as user-controlled configuration files.
